Most spampoo is made the same look on the back of the bottles and u will see that but what i have learned is u want to change shampoos often because each has different things that can build up on your hair but as far ans conditioner i love aussie and it work great and u can get it about in any dept store.Best shampoo and conditioner to use to get professional quality with out spending a lot of money?
dry hair - use a mild shampoo and conditioner


oily hair - use a strong shampoo and conditioner

Aussie, Pantene or Fructis. They work great for me.

I use Dove and I love it! I use it for color treated hair, but I've also used the moisturizing and they leave my hair soft and shiny, and very weightless!
Biolage is good by Matrix. suave makes a rip off of it and it works very well for the price and it smells the same.
Herbal Essence, it is great when you have thin hair and you want a bit ';vavoom'; added to it, and it smells great. Espicially the new citrus scent, use that and then the citrus conditioner and you will have great shiny hair that brings volume and smells great. Garnier is wonderful to!

head and shoulders is pretty good and its not that expensive if it is were you are its totally worth it dont buy those really expensive sucky ones like mario triccoci!
